Austin Independent School District – Spire Spotlight
Spire Spotlight | This month, Spire is recognizing a project and team that continue to exceed every expectation – the Austin Independent School District Bond Program. This outstanding program already has TWO awards under its belt. This fall, Learning By Design Magazine awarded honors to two campuses within the Austin Independent School District, Doss Elementary School, and John C. Blazier Intermediate School, for exemplary design and project management. The construction of these facilities was expertly managed by Spire’s team of senior project managers, Gene Glenn, Joseph Pille, Brett Kerr, and Sara Hinojosa.
“Spire makes our large and complicated program easier and predictable. At all times, Spire has kept us fully informed of key successes, challenges, and risks of the entire program and with individual school projects.” Drew Johnson, AISD Director of Construction Management
Testimonies like these support and strengthen Spire’s mission of “solving and simplifying complex problems to help our clients build things with peace of mind.”
