Meet Spire’s New Co-Directors of Dispute Resolution
Kate Hull LEED AP
Ms. Kate Hull, Co-Director of Dispute Resolution, assists owners, contractors, and subcontractors on both proactive and forensic projects and has worked on more than 50 projects globally ranging in value from $1 million to $1.2 billion. Ms. Hull specializes in guiding clients involved in complex construction-related disputes through the claims and litigation process. She prepares clients’ positions in litigation, arbitration, and mediation by evaluating and analyzing schedules to quantify delays and accelerations; identifying and quantifying loss of labor productivity; and identifying construction defects.
Chris Caddell PE, PMP, CCP, DRMP
Mr. Chris Caddell has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry and is an expert in areas such as project management and controls, risk management, contracts management, and dispute resolution. He has supported over 150 projects from early development through closeout around the world. Specifically, Mr. Caddell assists project teams with execution plans, contracting strategy, schedules, program standards, procedures, and conducting assurance reviews to assess status and identify major issues. On the forensic side, he is adept at evaluating and preparing claims related to cost and schedule impacts, providing risk and claim mitigation assessments, and performing expert testimony in arbitration. With over a decade of experience at an ENR Top 20 construction management firm, Mr. Caddell has supported complex projects varying in size from $10 million to $10 billion.
