Chris Caddell
Co-Director of Dispute Resolution
Mr. Chris Caddell has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry and is an expert in areas such as project management and controls, risk management, contracts management, and dispute resolution. He has supported over 200 projects from early development through closeout around the world. Specifically, Chris Caddell assists project teams with execution plans, contracting strategy, schedules, program standards, procedures, and assurance reviews to assess status and identify major issues. On the forensic side, he is adept at evaluating and preparing claims related to cost and schedule impacts, providing risk and claim mitigation assessments, and performing expert testimony in arbitration. With over a decade of experience at an ENR Top 20 construction management firm, Mr. Caddell has supported complex projects varying in size from $10 million to over $10 billion. In addition, Mr. Caddell is actively involved with AACE International on the global level, previously serving as President, Vice President, and Regional Director. In 2022, the AACE International Board of Directors approved the nomination of Chris Caddell, PE CCP, as a Fellow of AACE International. The membership grade of Fellow is a selective and prestigious honor for the recipients. Approval of Fellow is in recognition of professional attainment and significant accomplishment in cost management or cost engineering. Chris also holds various industry certifications recognizing his expertise such as Professional Engineer (PE), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Cost Professional (CCP), and Decision and Risk Management Professional (DRMP).
