Mr. Adam Troscinski, a Managing Consultant in Spire’s Austin, TX office, brings six years of experience in dispute resolution, supporting clients in both public and private sectors across domestic and international markets. Specializing in complex construction-related disputes, Mr. Troscinski provides expert analysis on financial, economic, and delay damages, including project delays, cost overruns, engineering changes, and productivity and revenue losses. He has advised on projects totaling over $30 billion across the construction, aerospace and defense, utilities, infrastructure, oil & gas, nuclear, and government contracting industries.

As a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Mr. Troscinski applies forensic expertise to support clients in various stages of dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation. He is an active member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
