Marketing Manager

Position Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, overseeing digital marketing strategies, managing brand design, and ensuring alignment across all channels and touchpoints. This role involves collaborating with various departments to produce high-quality content, track marketing performance, and drive brand consistency.
Essential Functions
MARKETING
- Conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Manage content updates for internal and customer-facing touchpoints, support sales teams, and establish budget and process guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, HR, recruiting) to create customized presentations and graphics.
- Track, analyze, and optimize the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Assist with proposal management by creating templates, imagery, and graphics.
- Lead creative direction for advertising, including print, digital, and video content.
DIGITAL MARKETING
- Oversee website design, performance, and maintenance.
- Lead all digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media, and display ads.
- Report and analyze digital campaign performance and make optimizations.
- Build and manage Spire’s social media presence, producing regular content.
- Analyze customer data to optimize performance and reach target markets through digital channels.
BRAND DESIGN & MANAGEMENT
- Establish and maintain creative direction and brand guidelines.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including graphics, videos, promotional items, and press releases.
- Develop and maintain brand content for both print and digital materials.
- Lead corporate photography and video production efforts.
- Maintain graphic asset libraries and create tools for non-marketing staff to follow brand standards.
- Create web landing pages and support consultants with presentation and report graphics.
EVENT PLANNING MANAGEMENT
- Develop and execute marketing events
- Create detailed project plans and budgets for each event
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and event partners
- Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing collateral for events
- Develop and implement lead-generation campaigns related to events
- Manage on-site event presence, including setup, troubleshooting, and breakdown
- Track event attendance and generate post-event satisfaction surveys
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, and transportation

Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adwords, LinkedIn, and web management platforms like WordPress.
- Experience managing vendors and executing marketing programs.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Highly self-motivated with strong initiative and integrity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with teams.
- Creative and flexible, with strong attention to detail and an enthusiastic attitude.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
REquired
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ marketing experience, with at least 2 years at the manager level or 5 years as a marketing coordinator.
- Proven ability in digital marketing, SEO, and website management.
- Experience in corporate branding, strategic marketing, and market analysis.
- Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
