With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Pille has worked on a wide variety of projects and has gained a thorough understanding of the construction industry. He oversees the day-to-day construction progress and ensures projects meet the needs of the communities they serve.

With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Joseph Pille has worked on a wide variety of projects and has gained a thorough understanding of the construction industry. He has served as the Owner’s Representative on large Design/Bid/Build, Design/Build, and Construction Manager At-Risk contracts. He has represented a variety of clients in Federal Government, Higher Education, Commercial/Private Sector and K-12 Education. He has managed both contracted and in-house campus facilities resources for Energy Management Combined Heat and Power Generation and Utility Distribution projects. Joseph Pille has led the construction efforts on horizontal and vertical projects including airports, commercial buildings, laboratories, and numerous facilities for higher education campuses. He focuses on daily client interaction to ensure schedule, cost, safety, and quality goals are achieved while monitoring construction progress and taking corrective action as needed to manage both schedule and budgets. Not only does Mr. Pille lead the construction team, but he also fosters community engagement throughout the construction process to ensure projects meet the needs of the communities they serve. He is a Professional Engineer (PE) registered in California. To become licensed, engineers must complete a four-year college degree, work under a Professional Engineer for at least four years, pass two intensive competency exams and earn a license from their state’s licensure board. Then, to retain their licenses, PEs must continually maintain and improve their skills throughout their careers.
